Zest Wellness is a vibe! Zest is a boutique physical therapy and private Pilates/strength studio located in Stuart, Florida.  Founded and led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with over 20 years of clinical experience.  The studio is designed for anyone 13 year and older looking to move better, heal from injury, or elevate their physical conditioning.  Whether you are recovering from chronic pain, rehabbing and injury, or seeking expert-led private Pilates and soft tissue recovery, our sessions are tailored 1-on-1 to your body's specific needs.

Zest bridges the gap between clinical rehabilitation and lifelong movement.  As a physical therapy and Pilates specialist, I utilize diagnostic movement assessment, advanced soft tissue work, and assisted stretching alongside private Pilates apparatus training (Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Ladder Barrel and various props) and progressive loading with strength equipment.  This means your plan directly transitions into functional, mindful strength-helping you move without pian and build sustainable resilience.

Your initial appointment begins with a comprehensive, 1-on-1 evaluation of your movement patterns, history and goals.  An asessment may include: how you move, identify any restrictions or compensatory patterns, and map out a personalized care plan that may blend physical therapy, soft tissue release, and targeting Pilates and strengthening exercises. 

Not at all!  Every single session at Zest Wellness is private and entirely customized.  Whether you have never stepped foot on a Pilates apparatus or you are an advanced mover looking to refine you technique, your program will skillfully meet you exactly where you are. 

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely while providing appropriate coverage during exercise.  Avoid clothing with zippers or other hard embellishments that may damage the Pilates equipment.

Grip socks are required for all Pilates sessions to promote traction, stability and hygiene.  Please bring you own pair or contact us before your session to inquire about availability.

No.  Zest Wellness operates on a cash-basis, allowing longer appointment times, individualized care and direct access to services without many of the limitations associated with traditional insurance-based healthcare.  Zest Wellness is a private-pay, out-of-network, unenrolled with Medicare and does not bill companies directly.

Yes. Zest Wellness is located on ground level with an on-site Free parking lot and designated accessible parking spots.

No. Florida allows direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can schedule an appointment at Zest Wellness without a physician's referral or prescription.

At Zest Wellness, we begin with an individualized evaluation to understand your needs and goals and determine the most appropriate plan of care.  If your condition requires further medical evaluation, or if treatment extends beyond the limits of Florida direct access law, we will coordinate with the appropriate healthcare providers.
